Revisiting Why There Is a Closed Circuit

It’s been two years since I came up with the password-protected Closed Circuit idea, which in hindsight I don’t know if it was a good or bad idea.

Good, because it succeeded in the sense that I really got to know some of you better and it achieved what I hoped it would– actually getting to know you, you who reads these blog posts. =)

Bad, because no one reads or does due diligence so I end up feeling like a broken record, repeating myself over and over on the spirit behind the Closed Circuit, that it isn’t meant to be exclusionary, but the opposite–it’s intended to be more interactive, so these blog posts aren’t one-way but rather, become two-way exchanges where not only do you get to know me, but I get to know you in return.

If I’m going to get personal and real with you, I don’t want to feel like I’m talking into an empty void. I want to feel like I’m actually talking with someone. This is just you agreeing to step forward and saying yes, yep, I’m here, this is me, I hear you, I won’t judge, I’ll just listen and be present.

What is the Closed Circuit?

Here’s my original blog post on what the Closed Circuit is. Please click here to read about it.

You can also access all past Closed Circuit blog posts by clicking on the category tag “Closed Circuit,” linked here.

In short, here’s how you gain access.

By e-mail…

1. Tell me about yourself. Who are you? What are your metaphysical and spiritual interests? What are some interesting points about you? Where are you from? What are your aspirations? Through my website you know a little about me, so to gain access to my Closed Circuit, permit me to know a little about you. If you skimp and it’s obvious you don’t think I’m worth your time, then you won’t be worth mine and access won’t be granted.

E-mail benebellwen@gmail.com. Please do not e-mail abelldelivers. That’s for processing orders.

2. You agree not to share or disclose the password to anyone else, once you gain access. If you know someone who would like access, they must go through the same process you have, on their own.

We are fostering mutual trust here. If I can’t trust you, this whole thing falls apart and I’m hoping you’re the kind of kindred spirit who wouldn’t want that.

3. You will try to be more active or responsive in the comments section of the Closed Circuit from time to time, especially where a post interests you, and share your thoughts or feedback freely.

Let’s have a heart to heart. =) After all, that’s the whole point of the Closed Circuit in the first place.

So that’s my repeat and redux of what I announced two years ago.

  1. Hello again Benebell, wanted to know a bit about me so here goes. Found tarot and tarot found me in 2015. When I began I felt as if I had found home. It was the beginning of my 60th year and it felt so fortuitous 💚. I have you, Kelly-Anne, and Kasia to thank for some wonderful training. Thank you. The whole me is waking up after years of work, parenting and being seemingly successful. Meditation, tarot, kindness, love and trying to spend 80-90% of my life NOT being an asshole…that’s a good start 💚. Much love.

This is what I like interaction, not just lurking, When someone takes the time to post or blog so many interesting topics especially for discussion and no one says a word then it is sad.
Thank you Benebell for responding to my email, I look forward to getting to know you and also anyone else that comments.
Dialog is a wonderful thing, we have become a society of cell phone syndrome as i call it, We don’t see faces anymore only the tops of people’s heads.
I look forward to your posts and comments.
