The 2020 Metaphysician’s Day Planner is coming soon.

I’ll be out of the country for most of September, but when I return, we’ll get the pre-order launch up and running. No change to price– it’s the same as the 2019 offering.

The day planners still include your birth chart in Whole Signs and your 2020 solar returns chart. Charts include the traditional and modern planets, the four classical personal sensitive points (ascendant, imum coeli, descendant, and midheaven), Chiron, Ceres, Eris, black moon Lilith, white moon Selena, Vesta, Pallas, and Hygeia.

However, some minor changes to the contents. Also, in the interim, if you’ve been using a metaphysician’s day planner, I’d love your input (comment with your suggestions below). What didn’t work for you? What do you definitely not want me to change? What can be improved? I’d love to hear what you have to say when I go to finalize the 2020 content layout.

For those who’ve never purchased a metaphysician’s day planner before, see below links to previous versions and you’ll get a sense of the contents.

Changes in the 2020 Day Planner

We won’t be offering customized Divinity Pages anymore.  However, there will be a few standardized options for you to choose from.

Many of the front end page spreads will be removed and replaced with other page spread layouts. In 2019, we introduced a new section, the I Ching and monthly horoscope forecasts, but we’ll be taking those out of the 2020 day planners.

There will also be some slight edits and changes to the end pages, or the “grimoire section” (it’s not really a grimoire, for those who are getting huffy puffy because they’re purist about terminology… I just lazily call it the “grimoire section” because I have no idea what else to call it).

Click on the photo to learn more about the SKT Vitruvian Mini Do-It-Yourself Printables.

Bonus: Digital Files for an SKT Vitruvian Mini

There will be a bonus offering alongside the day planner, and that’s all the digital PDF files you need to print out, fold, cut, and produce your own SKT Vitruvian Mini.

The SKT Vitruvian Mini printable do-it-yourself tarot deck: deck box, 80-card tarot deck, and LWB of prayers

I’ve decided to address the SKT Vitruvian Mini DIY printables in a separate blog post, which you can click and read here.

Comment Below with Suggestions!

Got suggestions and recommendations for what else I should add and include in the day planner or take out, or modify? Please let me know! I’m listening. =)

All of the changes I noted for the 2020 day planners is because of you! You reached out and told me what worked and what didn’t work for you. And I listened.

I’m still listening. Yes, sometimes one of you loves the XYZ feature but another one of you hated it, and I’ll have to figure out how to reconcile what both of you have said to me. I’ll do my best. =)

2020 Day Planner, Monthly Ephemeris Tables

Projected Pre-Order Date

We do pre-orders because the day planners are customized with your birth chart and your 2020 solar returns chart. By getting your pre-order, we can block out time and create everybody’s personalized day planners, then in the second stage, around November 2019, deliver the digital files to your e-mail inbox.

We’ll open up pre-orders with complete and finalized details for what will be included in the 2020 Metaphysician’s Day Planners by October 7, 2019. Stay tuned right here on this blog to be updated when those go live. I’ll also tweet and post on Instagram about the planner pre-orders.

Hi Benebell, this will be my third year using the MDP. Not sure if anyone else would like this but I’d like to see each day of the week get the same amount of real estate on the weekly pages. The layout I’m thinking of would be like the weekly layout you have in the 22 weeks with the SKT workbook. The only other suggestion that I have isn’t a priority for me, but maybe have the monthly calendar on two pages so you get more room to write in each box – but then you have to figure out what to do with the ephemeris tables. Either way, I’m excited for the 2020 version. Safe travels 🙂

      Same! I need a page a day.

Also, wondered if you might issue a planner without the custom charts to speed up receipt? I can’t get it printed and mailed faster than 6 weeks at Lulu and I enjoy having a planner in the weeks before the year starts. I can add my own custom charts easily (yes, will add total of 4 pages.

I also use blank pages for “vision board collage” in the planner. I can add them myself but was a suggestion in case others might want an add. I love the MDP. This will be my 3rd year ordering.

  2. Hi, can you make the same process as the Book Of Maps, as far as the printing part.
I will gladly pay for it to be printed, The Book of Maps was very user friendly.
As always, you are the best.

  3. I’ve been waiting for this! Please leave the I Ching and Monthly horoscopes in the planner. The divinity pages were a bit confusing, so I’m glad you’re creating standard pages instead. The birth chart and returns chart are very helpful! I’m glad you’re keeping those. I like all of the astrological information, including the monthly ephemeris, that was in the 2019 planner. I also like:
    13 Principles of Craft
Vision Board (based on the magic square)
    Healing and Prosperity Sigil Grids
Ten Parami: Striving for Spiritual Perfection page spread or something like this
    Annual Calendar for 2019, 2020, and 2021
    Annual Plan page
    Record of Resolution Maintenance page
    Year-End Reflection page
    Cartomancy 2020 Forecast page spread
Monthly Planning page spreads, not quarterly, with space to record the month’s card
Weekly Planning pages with space to record the week’s cards
2020 void of course moon times for all 12 months
    Three-Year Vision Plan
    Five-Year Planning
    Moon References
    Color Correspondences
    Astrological Bodies
    Astrological Houses
    Astrological Signs
    Astrological Modalities and Elementals
Western Alchemical Four Elements Reference Tables
I Ching 64 Hexagrams Reference Table
Lo Shu Magic Square, Ba Gua, and Feng Shui Reference Tables
    Celestial Dial Reference
Tarot Keywords and Correspondences Reference Table, but not the Lenormand
    Numerological Correspondences
Latin Alpha-Numeric Gematria and Isopsephy Correspondences
    Kabbalistic Tree of Life Correspondences
    Seven Chakras Correspondences
Keep the choice of sizes, personalization with my name on the first page, and the companion guide.

Add a few blank pages, a few dotted pages, and a few lined pages. Also a few spreads.
    Thank you! Jeanette Belle

I was checking your blog frequently waiting for this post! I’m so happy to see it.
I love my 2019 planner (the first one I got). I actually use mine moreso as a diary than a planner per se — I write in my daily-ish tarot and oracle draws, document things I’ve done related to spiritual practice, keep track of resources I’ve found, etc — separate from my regular old day planner I use for work. I think really that any changes you make or don’t make will be fine by me.

My only suggestions are kind of ‘add on’ thoughts. Maybe they’d be too much work but I’ll mention them anyway — no pressure, obviously. One thought is size — if I want to order the full US letter size, it’d be cool if I could pay a bit extra and get the files for the trade paperback size too (even just the basic planner pages, without the personalized pages); then I could have one for home and one ‘on the go’ in my purse. I’d totally do it. The only other idea, just for ease, would be a file of *just* the new content for the 2020 guidebook so I could easily print it and stick it inside the cover of my guidebook from last year. (I’ll go through and print the new content regardless, to save paper… but a separate file would just speed things up).

Looking forward to my planner! ❤ Enjoy your travels!

I use a Franklin Planner Classic binder currently for my metaphysical tracking. I’d love to be able to print the content in landscape with two columns (about ~1.25 – 1.5 inch between columns to accommodate the hole punch), with the month across both columns.

  6. Hi Benebell,
My only suggestions is to increase the line spacing in the Notes section to be similar to the spacing in the day calendar section. Thanks so much! I’ve been using the planner for the past three years. Love it!

I’ve used all of the sections and I wouldn’t know which ones to remove. & I totally look at my horoscope at the beginning of the month!

For Sure keep all of the Correspondence pages in the back section, the grimoire I guess. I love it and has helped tremendously with my tarot studies & reading astrology charts.

What I would like is a special SKT section option/add-on with reference charts or key words. I love how the 22Weeks workbook has prompts on what to focus on for the day of the week. That would be nice.

FYI I get so many compliments on my planner all the time!

I love my Metaphysician’s Planner. I would like you to put the month at the top of every page in the main section. Currently, it has the month on left page and the year on right page. I had the planner folded so that only the right page was showing, & I was in the wrong month & wrote an appointment, which messed me up later. It’s a small thing, but it’s practical.
I am so excited about the mini deck.
Thank you for making such beautiful and helpful things!

It dawns on me that there is something that would make the planner even better for me. (Something I actually spent all night last night trying to get it to work on my printer, but that I did not manage.) I would love if there was a way to purchase the planner unbound on 9×7 paper. (Or even 9×6.) This would fit a popular discbound planner type.

I was just going to print it myself, but I can not find a ream of paper that size. I would end up having to cut each sheet to size. If all else fails I plan to purchase the 9×6 size and print it on half-size paper,

Yay! Excited that we can order soon. This will be my fourth year ordering. I enjoy the planner as is however if I could change a couple things it would be:

    – adding the monthly ephemeris and monthly calendar before each months monthly daily page that way you do not have to flip back and forth; they will be right there at the beginning of each month.
    – I do not care for the “notes to future 2020 you” section. I realize it was only two pages. I ended up using them for notes.

    – would also love a reflection page at the end of each month.

I adore the back of the planner Grimoire section and hope that you keep this as is. What I would love to see is description of each I Ching hexagram however completely understand that we are needing to keep it simple with the keyword.

Thank you! Loving these planners. Every time I attempt to look into another planner, it just does not compare!

    Wishing you Many Blessings,

    Cheri
